New hope to keep pancreatic cancer at bay after surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether a new oral drug called daraxonrasib can help prevent pancreatic cancer from coming back after patients have had surgery and chemotherapy. It will compare the drug to standard care, which is just regular check-ups with no additional treatment. The goal is to see if the drug can extend the time patients live without their cancer returning.
