Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether combining two immunotherapy drugs with two standard chemotherapy drugs is safe for pancreatic cancer patients before surgery. The main goal is to find the right dose that doesn't cause too many side effects. Researchers will also check if the treatment helps shrink tumors enough for successful surgery.
