Smart switch: can changing chemo Mid-Treatment improve pancreatic cancer surgery success?

NCT ID NCT04539808

Summary

This study is testing a flexible treatment plan for people with pancreatic cancer that might be removable by surgery. Doctors will give one chemotherapy combination first, then switch to a different one if the cancer isn't responding well or if side effects are too severe. The goal is to shrink the tumor as much as possible before surgery to improve the chance of removing all the cancer.
