Summary
This study is testing a support program called FACE-Rare for families caring for children with serious, rare diseases. The program aims to help identify and meet families' needs for support, improve caregivers' quality of life, and assist with planning for future medical decisions. Researchers will see if this program affects how families cope and how much healthcare the children use.
