Can early comfort care improve end of life for leukemia patients?

Summary
This study looks at whether starting palliative care early helps adults with relapsed or high-risk leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome. About 105 participants will get either early palliative care or standard care. The goal is to see if it improves where they die and reduces hospital stays.
