Summary
This study looks at how a video-based mentoring program called Project ECHO helps doctors in underserved areas of Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, India, and Ethiopia provide better palliative care to advanced cancer patients. Researchers will track changes in patients' quality of life and symptom distress over time. The goal is to learn how to improve care and access for people living far from specialty centers.
