Summary

This study tests two treatments for people whose cancer has spread to the brain and is growing despite prior therapy. One group receives palbociclib alone; the other gets palbociclib plus pembrolizumab. The goal is to see if these drugs can shrink or stabilize brain tumors. About 45 adults with solid tumors (first group) or breast cancer (second group) are being enrolled.
