Cancer patients get continued access to promising treatment after trial ends

Summary

This study allows patients with breast or head/neck cancer who benefited from palbociclib in previous Pfizer trials to continue receiving the medication. The main goal is to monitor the long-term safety of the treatment in these patients. Participants will be followed to track any side effects that might occur with continued use of the drug.
