NCT ID NCT04841148
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is for people with early-stage ER+ breast cancer who still have hidden cancer cells in their bone marrow after surgery and standard therapy. It tests whether adding drugs like hydroxychloroquine or avelumab, with or without palbociclib, can clear those leftover cells and lower the risk of the cancer coming back. About 96 participants will be assigned to different treatment groups to see which approach works best and is safe.
