Lozenges put to the taste test: which flavor wins?
NCT ID NCT07199543
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study asked 60 healthy adults and 60 healthy children to taste five different flavored lozenges (one new flavor and four already sold) for 10 seconds each. After spitting them out, participants rated the taste, aftertaste, and texture using a simple questionnaire and a 7-point facial scale. The goal was to see which flavor people liked best, not to treat any disease.
