Can Over-the-Counter products ease your pain? a major study investigates
NCT ID NCT05837923
Summary
This study tested whether various health and wellness products sold directly to consumers could help reduce pain. Over 2,000 adults in the US who wanted less pain took part from home over 7 weeks. Participants received either an active product or a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredients) without knowing which one, to see if the products made a real difference in pain levels and other health measures like sleep and anxiety.
