Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after surgery to remove lymph nodes for testicular cancer. Researchers are comparing two standard pain control methods: a spinal injection of morphine versus an intravenous drip of methadone. They want to see which method provides better pain relief while reducing the total amount of opioid medication needed and minimizing side effects like nausea.
