Summary
This study tested whether giving a nerve block at one or two levels in the back works better for pain after laparoscopic weight-loss surgery. Sixty obese adults were randomly assigned to one of the two groups. The goal was to see which approach reduces pain scores and improves recovery in the first 24 hours after surgery.
