Summary
This study tests if a special numbing injection (nerve block) can reduce pain and the need for strong painkillers after ear surgery in teenagers aged 13 to 18. Half of the 60 participants will get the injection before surgery, and the other half will not. The main goal is to see how much pain medicine they need in the first 24 hours after the operation.
