Tapping vs. cold: finding the best way to ease vaccine pain for expectant mothers
NCT ID NCT06976632
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to reduce pain from tetanus shots given during pregnancy. Researchers will compare two simple methods—a special tapping technique on the skin and applying a cold gel pack—against the standard injection. They will measure pain levels and vital signs in 90 pregnant women to see which method works better.
