Summary
This study looked at 304 children aged 2 to 17 who came to the emergency room with a broken arm or leg bone. Researchers wanted to see if giving paracetamol (Tylenol) and/or ibuprofen (Advil) along with morphine would relieve pain better than morphine alone. The goal was to find the best way to quickly reduce pain without needing extra medication.
