This study looked at 304 children aged 2 to 17 with broken arm or leg bones to see if adding paracetamol and/or ibuprofen to morphine provides better pain relief than morphine alone. The goal was to find the most effective combination for managing severe pain in the emergency room. Results help doctors choose the best pain treatment for children with fractures.
