Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain for children after kidney surgery. It will compare two different types of safe, ultrasound-guided nerve blocks to see which one provides better and longer-lasting pain relief. The goal is to help children recover more comfortably with less need for strong opioid painkillers and fewer side effects like nausea.
