Summary

This study compares two pain-relief methods for people having umbilical hernia surgery: a single-dose epidural block and an ultrasound-guided TAP block. Researchers will measure pain levels at 30 minutes and 6 hours after surgery using a simple 0-10 pain scale. The goal is to find which method offers better pain control and higher patient satisfaction.
