Summary
This study tests two different nerve block techniques—bilevel erector spinae plane block and pecto-serratus block—to see which provides better pain relief after modified radical mastectomy in breast cancer patients. Sixty women will be enrolled and their painkiller use and pain scores will be tracked. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to manage post-surgery pain and reduce reliance on opioids.
