Summary

This study tests a new pain-relief method for people having lung surgery with small incisions (VATS). It combines two numbing medicines, one long-acting, given as a nerve block before surgery. The goal is to see if it reduces pain and the need for extra painkillers in the first 48 hours after surgery.
