Which painkiller works best for kids after dental work?

Summary

This study looks at how well different pain medicine plans work for young children after dental surgery done under general anesthesia. About 75 children will get either ibuprofen alone, ibuprofen and acetaminophen given at different times, or both medicines together. Caregivers will report the child's pain and discomfort to find the best way to keep kids comfortable after surgery.
