Summary

This study compares two different intravenous drug combinations to see which one provides better pain relief after vaginal hysterectomy surgery. Researchers will measure pain levels and medication needs in 50 female patients during the first 24 hours after their procedure. The goal is to find the most effective approach for managing post-operative pain with fewer side effects.
