NCT ID NCT07201272
Summary
This study compares two different ways to manage pain after a total abdominal hysterectomy surgery. It will test an ultrasound-guided nerve block injection in the abdomen against the standard method of giving morphine into the spinal fluid. The goal is to see which method provides better and longer-lasting pain relief with fewer side effects for the 60 women participating.
