Summary
This study compares two pain relief methods for women having laparoscopic hysterectomy: a spinal injection of morphine versus numbing medicine injected into the belly and surgical sites. The goal is to see which approach leads to better recovery, less pain, and fewer side effects. 64 women aged 18-65 having surgery for non-cancer reasons will take part.
