Summary

This study looked at 77 older adults (65+) having hip fracture surgery to compare two types of nerve blocks for pain relief. One block targets the sacral area, the other the groin area. Researchers measured pain levels, how much extra pain medicine was needed, and how quickly patients could get up and walk. The goal is to find which block works better to reduce pain and speed up recovery.
