Summary
This study compared two different nerve-block techniques to see which one better controls pain after inguinal hernia repair surgery. Researchers tested these methods on 43 male patients to help reduce the need for strong painkillers after the operation. The goal was to find a safer, more effective way to manage post-surgery discomfort.
