NCT ID NCT07417462
First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests two types of nerve blocks (TTPB and PIFB) to see which one provides better pain relief after open heart surgery. About 90 adults aged 40 to 60 will receive one of the blocks, and researchers will measure how much extra pain medicine they need and their pain levels over 24 hours. The goal is to improve recovery and reduce reliance on strong painkillers.
