Summary
This study aims to find the best method for managing pain after open-heart surgery. It will compare two different ultrasound-guided nerve-block techniques given to patients during surgery. The main goal is to see which method provides better pain relief and reduces the need for strong painkillers like opioids in the first 24 hours after the operation.
