New nerve blocks battle Post-Surgery pain

Summary
This study aims to see which of two newer nerve-block techniques works better for pain control after open-heart surgery. Researchers will compare the Transversus Thoracic Muscle Plane Block (TTPB) and the Pectointercostal Fascial Block (PIFB) in 90 patients. The goal is to reduce pain, lower the need for strong painkillers, and help patients recover faster.
