Summary

This study looked at 63 adults who had heart surgery through a small chest cut. It compared two ways to manage pain after surgery: freezing the nerves (cryoanalgesia) and a nerve block (BRILMA). The goal was to see which method provides better pain relief and reduces long-term nerve pain.
