Study tests better pain control options for women after cancer surgery

NCT ID NCT07312825

Summary

This study looked at which combination of nerve-block injections works best for pain relief after major abdominal surgery for gynecologic cancers. Researchers observed 94 patients who received different pain-block combinations as part of their normal care. They compared pain levels, opioid medication use, and recovery times to see which approach provided the most comfort and fastest recovery.
