New injection vs epidural: which eases cancer surgery pain better?

Summary
This study compares two methods for managing pain after major abdominal cancer surgery. It tests a combined nerve block injection (TAP block) against the standard epidural pain relief. Researchers will measure which method provides better pain control with fewer side effects and less need for opioid painkillers like morphine.
