Summary
This study compared two methods for controlling pain after planned C-sections: a nerve block (quadratus lumborum block) and spinal morphine. 118 women were followed for 24 hours after surgery. Researchers measured how much extra pain medicine was needed, pain scores, and side effects like nausea.
