New study tests which nerve block works better for breast surgery pain

Summary
This study compares two different nerve block techniques to see which provides better pain relief after breast reduction surgery. Researchers will enroll 90 women having this surgery and randomly assign them to receive one of two ultrasound-guided nerve blocks before their operation. The study will measure pain levels and pain medication use for 24 hours after surgery to determine which approach works better.
