NCT ID NCT07448246

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a special nerve block (rhomboid intercostal block) can reduce pain and the need for opioid painkillers after breast implant surgery. About 40 women will be randomly assigned to receive either the nerve block plus standard anesthesia or standard anesthesia alone. The main goal is to see if the nerve block lowers total opioid use in the first 24 hours after surgery.
