Summary
This study aims to find out if taking acetaminophen (Tylenol) as a pill or through an IV is better for managing pain after spinal fusion surgery. It will involve 180 adults having this specific back surgery. Researchers will compare pain levels, opioid use, and recovery times between the two methods.
