Pill or IV? study tests best way to give painkiller after back surgery

Summary
This study compares two ways of giving acetaminophen (Tylenol) after lumbar spine fusion surgery: by mouth or through an IV. 180 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups. The goal is to see which method provides better pain relief and helps patients recover faster.
