Reflex test may predict pain procedure success

Summary
This study looks at whether a test that measures the body's natural pain reflex can help predict which people with chronic back or neck pain will get good pain relief from common procedures like injections or nerve blocks. About 350 adults will take part. The goal is to find a better way to match patients to the right treatment.
