First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests two methods of delivering pain medicine through a small tube placed near nerves after arm or foot/ankle surgery. One method gives a steady flow of medicine, while the other gives small, timed bursts that patients can adjust. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain control and lasts longer. About 140 adults having certain arm or foot surgeries will take part.
