Summary
This study aimed to test and compare two devices designed to measure pain in children during surgery while they are under general anesthesia. Researchers observed 50 children aged 1 to 12 years old to see how well the devices detected painful events and responded to pain medication. The goal was to gather information to help improve pain management for children after surgery in the future.
