NCT ID NCT06367387
Summary
This study is testing two ways to help people who are being treated for opioid addiction and also have severe chronic pain. Researchers are comparing pain coaching sessions and a flexible medication dosing plan against usual care. The goal is to see if these approaches help reduce pain's interference in daily life and help people stay in their addiction treatment program.
