Inclusion Criteria: * Working as a nurse and providing care to palliative care patients * Voluntarily agreeing to participate in the research * Participating in all surveys before, immediately after, and two weeks after the education * Answering all questions on the survey forms completely * Attending the entire education Exclusion Criteria: * Refusal to participate in the research * Failure to participate in at least one of the surveys before the training, immediately after the training, and two weeks after the training * Providing incomplete answers to questions on the survey forms * Dropping out of the training and not attending all of it
