Summary

This study is testing two different non-drug approaches to help head and neck cancer patients manage their pain with fewer opioid medications. It compares standard care against specialized counseling and a brain-training technique called neurofeedback. The goal is to see if these methods can effectively control pain while reducing risky opioid use behaviors.
