First seen May 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests two pain relief methods for women having gynecologic cancer surgery through a large belly incision. One method uses a nerve block before surgery, the other uses numbing medicine injected into the wound by the surgeon. The goal is to see which approach reduces pain and opioid use, and shortens hospital stays.
