Summary
This study tested two different pain-relief mixtures injected into the belly wall after stoma reversal surgery. 86 adults received either ropivacaine plus dexamethasone or ropivacaine plus dexmedetomidine. The goal was to see which combo provides longer pain relief and reduces the need for strong opioid painkillers.
