Summary

This study aims to find the best way to deliver long-lasting numbing medication to control pain after robotic chest surgery for lung cancer. Researchers will compare three different injection locations around the ribs and shoulder blade to see which provides the most pain relief and reduces opioid painkiller use. The study will enroll 300 adults undergoing planned robotic lung surgery and measure their pain levels, medication use, and recovery quality for several days after their operation.
