First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests three ways to manage pain after lower abdominal surgery with a midline cut. It compares two special pain-blocking techniques (spinal morphine and a belly muscle block) to standard pain medicine. The goal is to see which method reduces pain, lowers the need for extra painkillers, and helps patients recover better. The study involves 66 adults having this type of surgery.
