Summary
This study tests two approaches to help people with chronic pain and opioid use disorder: telemedicine with collaborative management alone, or combined with a self-management program. About 259 adults will participate to see if these methods improve pain and reduce opioid misuse. The goal is to find better ways to manage pain without relying on long-term opioid therapy.
