Summary
This study tested two different nerve block techniques to manage pain after heart surgery. Researchers compared a standard nerve block against a combination of two blocks in 42 adult patients. The goal was to see which approach provided better pain control while reducing the need for opioid painkillers and lowering the risk of post-surgery confusion.
